Food was sub par. Party of 4 for breakfast. One meal was late and cold my pancakes were not done..mushy and another's potatoes were barely cooked. Highly disappointed since we have eaten here and others before. Server was polite, courteous and apologetic. Said manager would reduce bill by 10% but it wasn't. Every time we have been here to have lunch, we have been very lucky that we don't have a wait. Customer service is also always great! They also have the Cutest Pajama for Sets, Slippers, mugs, and other items. Pies are amazing as well! Francisco was my server. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Kept the refills coming! Checked in on me perfectly. Didnt bug me but also didnt leave me stranded. Brought the food out hot! Topped off the drinks again! Made sure the condiments were a'plenty! Boom! This guy should be training people the way of the bear.... I got the steak and eggs special (everyday weekday) with pancake, and biscuit and gravy... (calling it "The Buck Stallion Combo" from now on) and started with an appetizer of bacon and coffee. Thank you for a great dining experience. Me and my family went on a Sunday there was a long wait but once we sat down and ordered the food was served pretty quick for a long order all of our plated looked and tasted wo good !
