Thank you, David and the rest of the staff, for an amazing breakfast and experience. They truly make you feel like you're the only person in the entire restaurant, even when it is super busy and table to table. The attentiveness to each guest is 10/10. The drinks?? The coffee??? Beautiful! This place has an open kitchen so you get the pleasure of watching the chefs and barista craft each and every plate, coffee, and drink right before your eyes. I had the Pistachio (cold) Coffee, which is an iced latte with pistachio and a hint of vanilla. The decor for the drinks is absolutely over the top (In a great way), and I loved every sip of it. I know that the coffee drinks look way too sweet, but it's the perfect blend of sweet with well balanced, nutty notes. The barista truly put his heart and soul into it, and you can tell that he loves his job, and puts his own personal touch into each drink.
The food is to die for: The Classic Breakfast is great if you're indecisive or would like something that's closer to an American traditional breakfast. The Gallen Toast is a new item on the menu, with fried pork belly, avocado, burrata, and tangy (but sweet) red peppers, that had some sort of yummy red sauce with an oil base. 100/10. The pork belly was perfectly fried and flavorful, a good fat:meat ratio as well. The ciabatta toast was crunchy on the outer parts and softer towards the middle, but that honestly paired well with the crunch of the pork belly and caramelized peppers.
Whether you're in town or a local, please try this place out. I've never had a more pleasant experience at a restaurant in Destin than i've had here. Thank you all for everything.

First time here. The menu was all digital, which was cool. They had some tasty smoothies and coffee. I had the Spanish Passion, which was delightful to look at and even better to eat. The waiter seemed busy and only came by once in a while, which translated to longer wait times to order drinks. Overall, pleasant experience. I'll be back.

Our server Nicholas was great. The restaurant was new to dinner time and he gave us great recommendations. The menu for dinner could use a little tweaking but overall great place! I had the chili crepe and my girlfriend has the ham and cheese crepe.
