Pretty good, but the power has been down today. I had a Reuben sandwich 🥪 and good. Wife had a variety fried stuff. Wings, chicken, skins, cheese sticks stuff. Was ok, but will go by when the power has been fine. NOT A BUSINESS OR PROPERTY OF WILD BILLS TAVERN AND MUSEUM.

We live in Torreón, and our Golf Club bailed on us, and cut off all regular food service for members other than a Christmas Party on December 22nd until sometime in March 2024. We never went to any of the other close by options to eat. Our club forced us to look elsewhere. We heard that the Bison Bar + Grill was working hard to provide food service all of the way through winter for their members and other Show Low people. We used to love burger night, on Thursday’s at Torreón , so we decided that if we couldn’t get our Thursday burger at our home restaurant that we try the very close neighbor club. My wife ordered the Reuben sandwich and I ordered the Bison Ridge burger. My burger was better than any burger that I ever had in Torreón and my wife loved her Reuben sandwich, and they were both awesome !!!
I urge you to go eat at Bison Bar + Grill. Our server “Jordyn” was amazing, the food was amazing, and we had a chance to meet “Rose” the manager who shows a true passion for providing customers a great experience. If you don’t eat here, you are truly missing out !!!

Inexperienced staff behind the bar . Mixed drinks were unexceptable after waiting 45 minutes. Didn't order food as no one else was being served. Will never go back.

Great service, super juicy 1/2lb burger, kids menu is super reasonable $5-7 per entree, great place for a casual meal.

I was very disappointed. I took my lunch club, Having gone once before and i had been very pleased with the food and service. Our group of 15 went on a Friday afternoon. They were out on some breads and cheeses. Even out of one of the salads.
