Great food poor service. Acted like they didn't want to be there and if that's the case they shouldnt be allowed back. Love biscuitville but treating the client with respect like you expect in turn is a thing of the past. People are. Always pissy and scowls are contagious and if I wasn't so easy going I would have said something myself. But here it is for the world to see. Good food terrible service! Great Southern breakfast food. Many of the products are locally sourced. The biscuits are fantastic with the different meat in them - Sausage, grilled chicken, country ham, fried chicken, and even just egg. The staff were exceptional, polite, professional, and personable to the point of being just downright friendly. The coffee packs some great flavor, and a caffiene punch. My experiences at this location is USUALLY fantastic! I don’t know what service changes have occurred in the past two weeks or so, but here lately my orders haven’t been accurate. The friendliness of staff is always on point, and my food is often hot and tasteful; but today I’m upset because my biscuit looked like they pieced Humpty Dumpty together. Just how am I supposed to put jelly on this?
