It was group of us Celebrating our Birthdays. The table was dirty, we clean it ourselves, the waitress was very rude, she was making funny faces at us and being very snappy. Bartender was rude as well. I called the next morning to talk to someone about our experience from the night before. The owner picked up the phone and was so rude and disrespectful. Never had a chance to go over the issues and my complaints about their workers. I can see and understand why the workers were so hostile they dont recieve respect from the owner. Billy McHales is failing as a business no wonder why they are losing all their licensing and business from locals etc. They need more than customer service trainings. They need God to help with this establishment. But God does not like ugly. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I had a fantastic date night here. The food was good but the service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Our bartender, Matthew was a gem. It's hard to find someone so dedicated to their trade while also making you feel like a friend. We would return just for his spark. Thank you Matthew! Went here with a friend for a 49er viewing party. They opened up early for us which was good. The atmosphere was great, people were friendly. Service was nice but they struggled to stay on top of things (we were forgotten a few times). I didn't like the fact that they saw me get ice cream next door and wouldn't let me walk in with it which meant I had to throw it away. The food was okay, the caprese had very little balsamic on it and when I asked for more, I was brought something that was not it so I just gave up on it. The Bloody Mery was okay but to spicy and was missing something, not sure what. Fries, chicken burger and chicken quesadilla were all really good. Can never go wrong with Billy McHale's food is always good. Our server was a bit slow and the margarita was in a warm glass. But other than that it was a great time. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I really enjoyed myself. First time at the restaurant, I had the Fried chicken Salad and my love had the Macaroni Cheese burger....what a creation...Food was really good....those bacon 🥓 wrapped shrimp 🍤 (PRAWNS) as they call them are definitely a keeper On The menu ....Staff from the greeter to the waiter/server was great 😃And I appreciate they put A LOT of eggs in the salad which was a PLUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS , now that's how you make a salad Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So nice and fun interior decoration pub. Crews and bartenders are so sweet and kind. They checked us up well and they tell us happy hour and good price foods. Restroom is clean and nice. We ordered IPA and Nachos. Nacho is amazing delicious. Portion is big enough for me and my husband. Olive, jalapeños, sour cream and cheese with Nachos are so good together. When I had a chance to visit at Federal Way again I will go to this Pub again. We love to watch the sports if you love sports. You must go and sit down and drink some beer and enjoy your games. We came with a group of six on a Sunday evening at 5:30. There’s was only a very small amount of people in the restaurant. After ordering we waited a very long time. So long that we went up to ask where our food was. We saw the food sitting out for who knows how long. All of the food was cold when we got it. 2 of our friends got the surf and turf. The steak was cold and hard. 2 others for the ribs. They were so tough they couldn’t even eat them. My friends roast beef sandwich had been sitting so long it was all soggy. We told the waitress everything was cold and they quickly reheated it. But it made it worse. We asked to talk to the manager and explained that the food was cold and not good. But we didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. We said, we will pay for the drinks but we aren’t paying for the food that no one ate and was terrible. The manager threatened to call the cops on us. In the end we paid for the drinks and half the food.
