I’ve been here a few times, however the line takes forever even when I’m the only one in line. Waiting wouldn’t be so bad if the coffee was actually hot when I got it and if it tasted good and not burnt. I really want to like Biggby coffee but it’s not it. The bagels are fine but for the long wait I’d be better off going somewhere else. Everyone is nice but I also feel like they can’t hear you over the drive thru speaker which is frustrating Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2
