Burnt boba, nearly got kicked by kids rolling on the couch, waiting area was dirty and claustrophobic. Took 20 minutes for a single drink, which was made incorrectly and had to be redone. My young brother recently went in to this business. The cashier charged for two drinks even though he only asked for one. This business refused to refund one of the drinks because he had already bought it. Mind you there is no signage that states “no refunds”. They simply refused to refund because he was kid that doesn’t know how to fight back for the extra charge. Bad business practice! 😡
