Horrid service. Let’s start with the old man checking out customers, he couldn’t tell you the difference between his left and right, has no idea how to do anything besides swipe a card. Then the blonde “hostess” I’ve seen 2 year olds act more professional than her entitled self, you work at a useless/worthless company, humble yourself. If thinking your that entitled than do I have a lesson for you, your a 1/10 and that’s being nice since it is Barberton. Arrived at 4:45pm. Here we are 7:30 and get told at 7:15 that the waitress never put in the order while we’ve been sitting at the table since 6. I’ve been to many places around the country, never have I ever been to a more dysfunctional, unorganized restaurant. I don’t know how people come back here. It’s time to cut your losses and find something else to do, because this line of service is not it. And to have the audacity to charge me full price when it’s been almost 3 hours and it’s take out? Just as we expected , the BEST chicken dinner anywhere! Belgrades continues to outshine EVERY Barberton Chicken house with their unforgettable hot sauce, dumplings , coleslaw and chicken! We had a party of 10 with a high-chair for our little guy . We had family, formerly Akronites now living In Michigan , who couldn’t wait for their memorable dinner. Our server , Sherri H , who took these pictures , was fabulous . This is an Akron gem. They have a unique, Serbian menu with phenomenal food. The chicken paprikash I got there was the best I've ever had. And the fried chicken is fantastic -- more bready and savory than crispy. The sides are tasty too. They also have some nice imported beers. The only thing is that the meal is pricier than most places, but the quantities are generous and the quality is worth it. I've been coming here since I was a little girl with my dad and mom. As I've grown up, I still come here for the Chicken, Hot sauce, Clawslaw and Fries. The legs especially is my favorite. The last time I was here, this passed weekend, I was bit disappointed to be honest. Mainly because my father's dinner was cold. My dads wife had hair in her Macaronni & Cheese and also her food was cold. They both ordered the Regular, Regular. Alyssa was our waitress and she was amazing. She was very busy but never forgot about us. I ordered the Leg & Thighs, since I share with my husband. We got double fries and hot sauce. Our food was hot. I will still come here because it's the only place, my taste buds will be satisfied with the chicken here and also the Sarma's (Cabbage Rolls). Loved the location in green, but it's closed, in town to vist my dad, we drove 45 minutes for lunch, web site says 11 nope, noon. We went else where. Update your site! I wanted hot sauce 😂

Bad bad service for a chicken house that sells chicken and a pack of lies... When I go walk in here, I smell chicken death, and long story short, it's an uncomfortable smell.... Service is bad and mean.... Our food never got to me. Me and my mom walked out after 45 minutes of waiting.
