I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 10 minutes to put my fork down to do this review!!!! When I tell you this is a plate of BBQ EXCELLENCE 😋 I MEAN THAT FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. SIR I CAN TASTE YOUR FEET IN THIS!! I have been working in Sherman for over a year, order lunch everyday, today was the 1st time I have been taken to food heaven!! Beautiful BBQ you have you a free marketer and number 1 customer!! When they say Anna sent them, know that's how many uuus and Aaas I was making while smacking on the best brisket I have had in town!!

If you aren't eating here you are missing it. Chris is one of the best pitmasters in all of Texas and I don't say that lightly. If you want real bbq cooked with care, then you should go here. Literally my #1 for Texas BBQ and I'm a foodie.

I got the trinity plate from them and my goodness! It's so good. I am stuffed. The brisket was INCREDIBLE! 🤌🤌 The ribs so tender and delicious! The sausage was perfect! I cannot begin to explain how great it is! Definitely coming back for more. If you haven't tried them, GO NOW!

I ordered online, so I’m not familiar with the atmosphere or the service. The only meet available when I ordered was flash brisket, chop brisket or sausage there was no pork I seldom order brisket because it’s usually so dry and tough compared to pulled pork. However, this/brisket was the best I have ever had. Also, the green beans were I would pass on the barbecue baked beans next time and just get a double order of green beans. Ummm YES!!!!!!! Absolutely delicious. The Mac n cheese is the best I've ever had. I don't even know how it's so good. The sausage is tender and rich, the whole chicken falls right apart, the brisket is amazing. Nothing bad to say. It's my husband's favorite place in Sherman.

They thoroughly enjoyed brisket sandwich. I got the trinity plate with brisket, sausage and spareribs. I was blow away how delicious and flavorful it all was. All meats were moist and seasoned perfectly. Between my sides and other sides they got, I believe we tried all sides…all sides were delicious as well. And the bacon wrapped poppers, awesome. Last, But not lease, dessert, Irish cream cake, WOW!! Compliments to the pitmaster and his accomplice.

The BBQ is amazing..it all definitely has that smokey flavor everyone drools over and all the sides really complete the meal.. and the desserts are to die for!!... Also, the folks up there are very kind and patient... I found my new favorite local BBQ joint for sure! Very authentic!

I passed by this place about a week ago and thought I'd give it a try. Really good BBQ and nice people. I got the Trinity Plate to try and get a taste of as many things on the menu as possible. When I received the box it seemed to look small at first but it was very hefty to pick up and absolutely packed with food when I opened it up. The meat and their sauce compliment each other really nicely. They had the best brisket I've had in a while and their ribs are in the top three for ribs I've tried. On top of that, their pricing is reasonable. Good food, nice people, reasonable pricing. What's not to like about supporting this local business?
