My latte was really good. But i ordered a toasted bagel with butter. Pretty easy. Bagel wasn't toasted and there was a blob of butter on one side. I'm pretty sure they have spreading tools but they weren't used in this instance. To say I am extremely disappointed in my experience here is quite the understatement. I have been a strict vegetarian for 4 years and today that ended when I was given a “mislabeled” wrap with chicken in it. I had ordered the vegetarian wrap and as I was half way through I realized that it was not eggplant but chicken. When I notified the staff they gave me a simple “sorry it was mislabeled” without any sensitivity, consideration or remorse for the impact this has on a vegetarian. This mistake was a big mistake and then how it was handled was an even bigger mistake on their end. I will never go back.

I love the bayshore bean! It’s so cute, warm, and inviting and I love every single drink i’ve had from here. When my friends visit who are not from around here or not from New York are here, I always bring them here and they love it and always ask me to come back. Love this place!
