Food quality was not good. We went on Monday evening so crowd was less as expected. Appetizer was lukewarm and biryani was too dry. Space was spacious and well maintained though.

My experience at this place was nothing short of disappointing. I decided to place an order through the Pringles api for convenience, but little did I know it would turn into a nightmare.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, the front desk lady seemed utterly clueless and indifferent to my presence. She couldn't even bother to check if my order had been received, let alone offer any assistance. Instead, she brushed me off with a careless remark to call customer service for a refund. Excuse me, what kind of customer service is that?
Reluctantly, my friends and I decided to dine in since we were already there. However, the lack of hospitality continued as our server greeted us with a face that could curdle milk. Not a single smile or hint of warmth. It's as if we were inconveniencing her by being there.
Now, onto the food. Frankly, it was subpar at best. I couldn't help but wonder if the chef's mood matched that of the staff, because the lack of flavor and presentation was evident in every dish we ordered.
To add insult to injury, I left the restaurant without leaving a tip. Normally, I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing, but the abysmal service and quality of food left me with no choice. If you expects patrons to tip, they should ensure that their staff provide at least a semblance of decent service.
In the future, I implore this place to be transparent about their online ordering system. If it's not functioning properly, have the courtesy to inform potential customers beforehand. A simple notice on Google would suffice. No one enjoys wasting their time on lengthy phone calls to customer service because of a failure on the restaurant's end.
Overall, my experience at Bawarchi was utterly forgettable, and I have no intention of returning anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere unless you enjoy dismal service and lackluster food.

Order to go from their app and everything was correct when picking it up. The food was all made fresh and was piping hot when I got home to eat. Everything had the right amount of spice and heat. The garlic naan was some of the best I’ve had cause of the flavors - so buttery and garlicky - perfect. The Gobi 65 - very good, the right amount of sauce and heat. The customer service was wonderful too. Very prompt and went right to help me find my order. Big restaurant with plenty of space for big families.

Never thought that an Indian buffet would exist until I saw this place from Instagram. Great food and service and very inviting. I went during the buffet hours and it felt great to go. I've been to several buffets and this one was mainly different and not because it was Indian but mainly because the food comes out fresh and not rushed to be replaced unlike other buffets that dump and go.

Our recent visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. Right from the start, the service was sluggish. Despite confirming the availability of ala carte, our family endured a 45-minute wait. The staff's lack of attentiveness was evident; they were not available to help us when needed. Inquiries about the delay were largely ignored, adding to the overall dissatisfaction.
To make matters worse, the food quality fell below our expectations. It was bland, salty, and tasted hastily prepared in spite of our wait time. A drink we ordered to keep our kid engaged only came after the food did, leaving us with only water all the while. The combination of inaccurate information, slow service, and mediocre food made our outing regrettable. I wouldn't recommend this place to others unless they improve their service and pay equal attention to all guests. Delicious food and great customer service are crucial for an enjoyable meal, and unfortunately, this restaurant fell short in both aspects during our visit.
