Don’t do business with this location. Both the man and the woman are EXTREMELY rude just like all the other reviews say. They got my order wrong and then closed the business a hour early when I went back up there to tell them my order was wrong. Not to mention earlier that day the man slammed the window in my mom face because HE got the order wrong. He better be glad I didn’t find out until AFTER I went up there myself because he would’ve found out I don’t play about my mama PERIOD!! If you can’t treat the public right CLOSE DOWN. His business is always slow and hardly get any business as it is and he wants to be rude on top of it. DO BETTER and if YOU slam that window in my mom face again and walk off it’ll be the last time you do it to somebody rude a** Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfriendly staff, most likely the owner. The chocolate shake was watery, mostly milk. Won't visit again. I see this quite often in the other reviews. I was respectful and friendly but did not receive treatment in kind

The owner of the place is EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. She gave everyone with our party the most disturbing looks. It was a total of 15 people and she wasn’t nice or smiled. Instead of doing whatever she could do to make sure we got the best service she watched everyone like we wasn’t suppose to be in the store. VERY RUDE. The patio was locked and we couldn’t even sit outside.

I ordered a three scoop sundae through DoorDash. The sundae I received is a one and half scoop sundae. I have ordered the same three scoop sundae three times in the last week. I tried calling the store and there was no answer. The second time I called the store it sounded like a fax machine. The third call I made to the store, no answer and a voicemail recording stated that this number is a cellular number and I did not have the option to leave a message. The fourth and final call I made to the store, an employee maybe the owner answered my call. As I was trying to explain the reason for my call she became very combative and yelled at me. I politely told her I am writing a review about my experience. I have spent about $45,00 for ice cream and the convenience of delivery to my home. I WILL NOT order anything else from this Baskin Robbins store ever again. I refuse to support a business that does not care about their customers. Beware.

The owner is very rude. He didn’t have my order correct and had a smart mouth. He didn’t try to give a refund or replace my order with what i asked for. Poor customer service. I will not be going back

I Ordered an Oreo blast and once I tasted the product it was ice coffee. I was like this was not what I ask for and the sale person got smart and was like that’s your fault deal with it. The owners of this Baskin Robin location has the nasty attitude. If I wanted ice coffee I would have ordered it. They did not try to fix the issue. Then the sale person tried to holler at me because I asked about my item. Please don’t give your money to those mean people. They have bad customer service. I will never eat here again.
