Service here is on a serious decline. Person working the counter told us they didn't know how to make the bubble tea, then asked another employee if they did. Second employee literally said, "Oh HELL no!" First employee then looked me in the eye and said, "we don't have the stuff to make it." I just had to shake my head and walk out

I went because I wanted my favorite flavors. Mint chocolate chip and rocky road. They didn’t have either flavor. The ice cream I bought had been thawed and refrozen. There were ice chunks. I asked for a waffle cone. The waffle cone was out of a box from Walmart. My husband wanted a milkshake. They were out of milk. Everything about this experience was a disaster.
