We don’t shop here very often, but we had a great experience when we visited the Johnson City location to spend a gift card! The staff were nice (especially the woman at the checkout counter), the atmosphere was great, and the location is convenient. My only negative critique isn’t really the store’s fault— the parking lot can be difficult to get out of because it connects to the busy road leading to Sam’s.

I was looking for a DVD for a Christmas gift. They had one copy, put my name on it and sold it toe at such a reasonable price that I also afforded a calendar.

Wonderful store! Went here with a close friend and managed to find a copy of a book I've been looking around for for months! Everyone was very kind overall and I'd absolutely go again.

The staff were AWESOME! I had found a book, Fabric, the week before but bought my wife another one. When I told her about the Fabric book, she really wanted it too. We live 1.5 hrs from Asheville so when returned the next week and I couldn't find it the helpful woman at the help desk looked it up and the computer said they had One Copy left. When we couldn't find it by author's name she called a manager and she back tracked our movements and found where someone had reshelved it on an end shelf! They went above and beyond!! Thank you! Wish I had thought to record your names!

Customer service here is always great. The shelves are always in order and the place is extremely well kept. Always stocked and the displays are perfection. Came here for a book signing and while "hectic" the staff stayed calm and organized throughout the event.

The place is gigantic! and they have a huge variety of books, toys and other things, plus there is a starbucks inside which makes it more enjoyable
