The boba is good, but don't order their frappes. They don't blend them enough and they completely forgot any sweetener in my matcha frappe. The rest of my party liked their milk teas! good tea, jasmine green was a bit burnt, can work on brewing temp and extraction perhaps ;) boba was chewy and didn’t have a super sweet syrup, making 0% sugar the way it should taste. weird location, but if you don’t mind a walk it’s a decent option in the area.

Rose guayin tea latte was great, tasted flavor. Jasmine green tea latte is 8/10. Grapefruit green tea 4/10, it was good but slowly bitter if u don't mix it. Creamy sesame milky frappe is the bomb in a good way. Boba was out when we ordered. 30 minutes of waiting for 11 to 16 drinks.
