Very frustrated. Stopped for a dozen bagels at West Shore Farmer's Market this morning. The extremely slow lady gave me 5 incorrect bagels even though I had her repeat the order back to me! 4 of them weren't even a flavor I asked for. Of course, I didn't realize until I got home. How do you not know that you're giving a customer the wrong ones? There is always a long line because she is so slow and ineffectual! Your bagels are delicious, but you need to do something about this customer service. Service: 1
