Went here around 5pm on a Friday after hitting the slopes, and it was busy. It was electric and lively. Note, this bar is very very small, maybe can fit 20-30 people comfortably. We got lucky arriving as part of a table was leaving.
There isn't a menu, you just tell the bar tender what you want and they'll make. It's a little more sophisticated than a late night bar, where you can order more than just a vodka soda. We asked for something pear related, and another drink that tasted tropical.
The drinks overall were good. The pear drink, they alerted us they don't have pear but can try to make something close to it, came out tasting like apple cider which was tasty. The second drink was a pineapple forward spiked pina colada, which was not overly sweet either, a plus.

Really cool dive bar hidden under some shops at the village in Vail. Atmosphere feels vintage, intimate, and fun. No menus, only drinks crafted through conversation with the bartender. I was skeptical at first, but they were reasonably priced and very tasty. Would definitely come back!
