Beat BBQ food in the UP! I thought it was delicious. It might cost a tad more than fast food places, but you get massive quantities, and really good quality food. hence the price. It’s totally worth it. I’ll be back 100%! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

So. Gross. I got the pulled pork sandwich and the meat was incredibly dry. I made the mistake of getting cheese and toppings on it as well. Cheese wasn't even melted- just a hard, cold slice of cheese. The bun was like a dollar store bun. BBQ sauce was gross too and had a weird chemically taste. As another reviewer said- the Mac and cheese was mushy and bland. Honestly, it makes me wonder how they've gotten more than one star. I threw it away after like two bites and feel sad I wasted money here. They charge as much as a legit BBQ spot, but they are amateurs, clearly. You can make better grocery store BBQ sandwiches than this place. Save your money!

I got the Ribs they had no flavor dry and hair in it, tasted like the folded just been sitting out for day drying. Burger bun where watered down, bbq coleslaw they just added the sauce in it and it still had no flavor. If you tried to taste seasoning like licking the skin you would taste nothing. Got a pound of smoked pulled pork and two sides. Smoked Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The pulled pork was delicious! The Mac and cheese was very good and homemade. For food truck pricing I feel it was very reasonably priced. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
