Dining at Ausable Inn in Keene was an experience I can’t stop thinking about. The meal was simply phenomenal, with each bite more memorable than the last. It’s hard to explain how delicious it was, but it’s easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. If you love good food, you need to visit. It’s truly exceptional. I haven't been here for a few years and I was curious if anything has changed. Not much, it's still there. Nice, cozy and very warm atmosphere. It used to be a very popular place with my friends. I ordered fries (I don't eat meat on Fridays) and mushroom soup. Hungarian style. This soup is famous among Polish hikers and climbers, so I was curious what it tastes like after all these years - I ate two of them!!!! While eating, I remembered the good old times in my homeland when my mother, grandmother and my aunts fed me... you must try it.
