Went there and experienced racism from the employee working there on 11-2-2023 at approx 3:00 pm. She was very rude. Told me I had to wait until she cooked to ring me up. Yet she rung up another white customer who ordered the same thing while she was cooking. Was not friendly at all but became friendly as white customers approached. One employee filled the cup with bites and passed it to the second employee. She proceeded to use her hands and take bites out of the cup. Like there was to Mann and their wasn’t. I instructed her to put them back or I would not accept it. Again she used her hands. What was she thinking. It was early so maybe she just wasn’t thinking.

Never open. today we got off of the plane at 4 and went for a pretzel and they were already closed even though the posted hours are until 8 I don’t think I’ve ever seen the place be open and I fly out of here a few times a year.

We were refused service. 4/19 because we didn’t have masks. It’s not a law. I asked for a manager and none was on duty. 😡

Never has any food ready always sitting on the side on they’re phone acting like they can’t see you hoping you go away then you have to wait 20 min for a pretzel when they decide to take your order and that’s if they even have workers who showed up they’re usually never open

Guy making pretzels was talking on the phone and swearing up a storm. Food handling practices looked a bit ropey, perhaps a refresher is in order.

Employee closing at 6:45 PM. You should be open until the last scheduled departure (hence 8pm). Very disappointing.

Lemonade here was good; service was lousy. The employee just wanted to tell me it was the fault of the person who worked before her that several food options weren't available.
