This is a go to place for soul food for me. I ordered a fried chicken platter with collard greens & sweet potatoes. Today the fried chicken was the only thing that made excited about this platter. Sweet potatoes were bland & taste like they came straight out of the can. I walked in & ordered 2 bbq chk platters. I was told they each would have 5 wings. After waiting 30 mins I asked about my platters & the gentleman said we don't even see your order in the back but I'll make them now. Then he came back & said we don't have enough wings to fill your order. I agreed to settle for legs/thighs. They didn't have enough legs/thighs either. I asked for a refund & was told I would have to wait until the manager comes from another store to give me a refund. Enter that store at your own risk. You've been warned. Service: 1

Aunt Berta's restaurant was a phenomenal experience the food was superb. The staff is very pleasant and well knowledgeable of their job. The upkeep in the dining area was extremely immaculate. The kitchen area clean neat and well organized. I like everyone to give this place visit believe you won't be disappointed. If you enjoy home style healthy southern food this is the place to go🤗 Overall experience for me is a 10/10 of excellent dining...
