Everything is great- from salads, sandwiches and all the baking goods. Highly recommend!
I started going to the Palm Springs location 20 years ago and let me tell you I understand food cost and labor has went way up however, understandably your prices have increased, the portions have decreased you taste more bread than meat The potato salad was a joke you give somebody a teaspoon full in a small cup. It's sad because you have delicious bread and delicious high quality meats and you've cut way back on your portions and raised your priced equivalently to the cost of living. It would be nice to have the same sandwich and potato salad You put out 20 years ago. With tax this sandwich is over $16.00
Super cute shop, kind of a hidden. Hubby had my cousin Vinnie, was overall good but the sandwich was a bit dry and bread was a little more dense than he’d like. I had the Coachella which was yummy and bread was good. There was some type of bruschetta or pico on there. Kinda weird but I probably wouldn’t order it again. I believe they make their own bread. One thing I did appreciate about this place is the menu is pretty small. Which insures me that everything is very fresh.

Note: 5-star experience based upon over-the-phone service; quick, kind & informative. I called Aspen Mills at about 9 - 9:15 A.M. on a Saturday (to see if they were still hosting the Palm Springs Cruisin' Association car meet and indeed they are: 6:30 - 9). It was refreshing to have a rep pick up the phone on the first ring and didn't need to have me hold for a response to a direct question. I'll give a review on their coffee & somethin' else this week despite usually having my own coffee, tea, cake or pastry. 🤞
Really good sandwich on very tasty and freshly baked bread.
I went here with my wife and we both got tuna salad sandwiches. The tuna salad was very good the but the bread it comes on seems like it was bought at a store, not homemade. You would think at a bread company you’d get nice thick, homemade tasting bread on your sandwich but unfortunately it wasn’t the case. It did look like they had really good muffins and other baked goods there though.
