We must have ordered the wrong dish. The mu shu pork with pancakes was terrible. The veggies were basically bean sprouts with a few shredded carrots; no shiitake, and the few bits of pork were hard to find. I think that the pancakes, which should be made from wheat flour, were rice paper sheets that had been steamed. We will give the restaurant one more try before writing it off. We have coming here since it changed hands. We really enjoyed the previous owners and the new owners are keeping up with expectations. We usually get takeout and they are always very happy to help us get everything in the car. The food very good, including the Mongolian beef, snow peas and bbq pork, wonton soup and the house fried rice to name a few. Give them a try. I think you’ll like this place.
