First time trying this place, so good! Drive thru was wrapped all the way around and had to park at the gas station. Service was a little slow, but it was very busy! I tried the AJ's rush (frozen), it was tasty! I didn't feel that energized after having it, but it was a nice treat. I’m a die hard aromas fan. I’m from southern Maine so when an aromas came to Orono I was SOO exited! I drive to Orono from Bangor weekly to pick up drinks for my office and drive back to work in Bangor. The past few times I’ve gone the service has been mediocre. The girls working move like literal sloths with no urgency to get the orders out in a timely manner.. I do however understand it may be early but when there’s a lobby full of people and a full drive thru they should put a little pep in their step… I originally got in the drive thru line at 6:24 but after waiting there for almost 15 minutes and the line not moving, I decided to go inside to get our drinks. At which I waited a very long time again.. I did not get our drinks(4) until 6:51. I work at 7 in Bangor… Again, I love aromas but the speediness of the staff definitely needs to improve..
