Service and atmosphere we're fine. My son and I both got the SmokeHouse brisket. It was a bait and switch. There was nothing smokehouse or brisket about it. Sadly my son forced himself because he felt bad because it was like $10 sandwich I took one bite and was like nope. This is one of the best arbys I ever stop at. Any time I'm driving through the hamburg area at lunch, this is where I stop! They have an older woman who works the window (maybe 2 of them), and it seems like she's been there since day one. She's just the perfect person for the job. She's humble, kind, and always willing to do the little extra to make sure your order is right. Never had a wrong order or messed up order at this place either. They tend to be a tad slower than most fast food places, but their accuracy is way better. I ordered a beef and cheddar meal with curly fries. They said we don’t have curly fries. This is the second time in a row. I stop here and they don’t have curly fries so I said give me just the beef and cheddar sandwich then they tell me they don’t have the cheese for the beef and cheddar, so I got a roast beef on an onion roll for the regular price of a beef and cheddar. I just left this location. I ordered a classic sized beef and cheddar and they gave me a roast beef classic. I decided I was going to eat it regardless... Then I noticed the was onion and other debris from food in my wrapper. Then closer inspection I notice something red like blood or nail polish. Disgusting and unacceptable. This has always been a pretty decent fast food place. They seem to be suffering from staffing issues for years now. Maybe just pay the workers a little better? Also, the place is badly in need of a good deep clean. Service is still decent and the food is good.

I just ordered a half pound beef and cheddar but I barely got any cheese. I normally come here about once a month and I have never gotten this little cheese. Not a huge deal but I do believe there’s an up charge for the beef and cheddar vs the regular beef. Everything else was fine, I just like cheese lol please never skip cheese

I Love Arbys Usually but This was The WORST sandwich I've EVER had! I was So disappointed I did NOT even eat half of it. Roast beef was Thick edges were Hard it was Gross. They had No tea, NO ice & didnt even ASK if i wanted any sauce. I looked forward to eating my yummy dinner when i got home but that did NOT happen.

Arby's is a great place to stop for something different than the usual fast food burger. The menu is extensive and there are lots of very tasty options. This Arby's is a little further away from the exit off I78 and the cluster of fast food restaurants located near the Cabela's. It is worth the extra few minutes of driving for the change of pace and something other than a burger. The restaurant was clean, service was quick and there was plenty of parking. I would visit again on a road trip through Pennsylvania.
