I've always loved Arby's when you have to chose to eat fast food. This is the worst one I've ever been to. Slow service, terrible food. Today I tried again hoping for a different outcome and I had fries that were Cold and wet, like someone pulled the bag out of the freezer and let it sit before putting them in my container. If they didn't take so long and kill my entire lunch break already I would have went back. TLTR: Took 45 mins in drive thru and getting pull ahead so one girl could do everything for the whole store while 4 others played on their phones. Went thru driver thru. Wasn't busy one car ahead of me at 6 pm. Figured we were beating the rush. Nope, that wasn't why. It took then 10 minds to even start taking the car ahead of me order. 5 mins of then ordering repeating over and over their order. Figured the cat may have a speech problem. Once it was my turn, I found out I was wrong about that. First said, "I'll be right back. Please wait." Not a problem. I've worked fast food as a teen and adult. Maybe they were short staffed. 15 mins later, I get "what can I get ya" over the speaker. I ordered two number 1's one classic style and one double style. "What was that?" I repeat 2 number 1's one classic style, one double style (double being 2x the meats). This went on 4 times. Finally, get the order placed go to the window, met with a friendly face at least. She repeated my order to me as expected. I said yes, gave her my card, scanned it, and handed it back. Wait at the window for a moment or two, and then they pop their head out and say, "I'm going to need you to pull around front" again, not a problem they maybe short staffed. Upon parking in the front, I noticed there are 4 workers in sight. All standing behind the registers phones in hand chatting with one another. What is it with fast food workers wanting more money an hour for, I'm sorry not sorry, a skilless job? I can understand if they made everything from scratch and hand crafted as if it were going to be on TV but to stand around playing MONOPOLY GO or floppy bird or whatever it is they are doing. Anyway, 20 mins later, we get our food. No, I'm sorry for your wait or anything. The girl who brought it out to us. Took our order. Accepted payment. Probably made the food. And brought it out to us. She I have no problem with. She was great. As for the 4 lazy ***** playing on their phones, shame on you for taking advantage of a kind-hearted girl. If you can't handle a drive-thru then why operate? It shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to get through the drive-thru and then be parked for 10 more minutes. Ridiculous.
