It's fast food and it's at a truck stop. Part of my meal was hot but part of the meal was not. No coffee at all.. luckily got it from the pilot side. I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped here. I was riding a bus Flix to be exact and this is the Warner Robins stop. Flix has bought Greyhound. They no longer have stations in some cities and in turn stop at gas stations to pick up passengers. I have to say that this has been the best gas station stop that I have seen. The Pilot was modern, and clean. Restrooms were clean and there is an Arby's attached to it. We ordered our food. It took a few minutes because it is cooked fresh. We had 40 minutes at this stop. The food was piling hot and surprisingly good. We ate it there because there is no food allowed on the bus. The dining area was clean. Take advantage of what is here. I had a coupon for brisket sandwich combo.I ask her if I could make the fries large.She said they not aloud to.She charge me for a large meal.Gave me a small drink.She didnt even use my coupon.clerk 701.Didnt even say hello or welcome to arby's. Went through the drive thru. Had to wait longer than normal. Seen front counter get 2 orders before ours. So I thought it's ok we will get fresh food. WRONG. They could have made fresh food twice for as long as we waited. My girlfriend got the original chicken sandwich that looks like it was made hrs ago because it looked burnt but was cold. My American roast beef sandwich was also cold with little meat. Our large fries had a mix of cold burnt fries and under cooked fries. What an embarrassment. The ladies I usually see are on point and super friendly. Tonight we got a side salad instead of fries more than anything it gave us a good laugh. 5 ozs of dressing for maybe 2ozs of salad. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Food is usually good but it’s been several times I have gone here and they overload my fries with salt!! I can’t even eat them. woman said they can’t get the nuggets dipped in buffalo sauce, yet i had them like that two weeks ago. there’s pictures on google of them dipped in sauce.

Usually this place is good. This particular visit was one that pretty much sucked. The food was not good, the person at the counter was not ready to be waiting on the public. The price was more than the advertisement so I simply asked why the price increase? Her answer was I will just get the manager with very high attitude. So I said get the damn manager then. Simple question which she should have been able to answer easily but she couldn't and didn't. Well the manager showed up and she had an attitude also. I simply asked her why the increase in price and she asked what I had ordered, I told her and she said well thats what it costs. I said that's not what the advertisement says, then she informed me I had ordered the medium size, which I did after I was asked if I wanted medium or large, not knowing small was standard. It could have all been avoided if the cashier would have told me small was standard. Instead both had this attitude which made me have a bad attitude towards them. I proceeded to get my food and it was mediocre at best. Usually good food there. Probably be a while before I visit again and let them two workers go ahead and be fired or rotated on out of this store. Maybe the food will get a bit better also. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
