I came in the store thinking it would be quicker than going thru the drive thru. It was a mistake. I ordered 6 sandwiches and 20 minutes later, they haven't made my sandwich even though the drive thru keep getting their food. If I ever go there again, I would go to the drive thru instead of going inside.

Went there on a Saturday at lunch time. Literally not a single table available for our family. They were all taken by empty chess boards. When I asked for someone to go ask the owners of the chess boards to vacate ONE table for us to sit down and eat, they told us no. That if a chess board is there, it's not for customers but for a chess tournament that is there every Saturday. No one playing chess had any arbys food and, again, I was requesting they move a chess board that no one was playing on. We left without eating.
Edit: I filled out the complaint forms that they offered below before they even responded to my post (which makes it clear that they don't read their own complaint line). It would only let me submit if I gave them my FULL name, full home address, email address, and cell phone. No Way! Why does a company require that much info about me?!? I live here, but I almost always go to another Arby's because this isn't the first time I've been treated "less than" here. I will not make this mistake again. Macedonia or Solon aren't too far and they have never treated me so poorly.
