Pulled up behind two other cars and waited 15 minutes to pull up. The car in front of me asked to place two orders and was told they couldn’t. When the driver said,” you don’t need to be lazy” the lady on the speaker proceeded to screech at him about being short handed. I work in fast food I absolutely get how much it is not fun when you are short handed. But how we handle it shows the customer the type of management that team has. I still placed my order and the lady was very nice to me. I ordered a Rueben which upon getting home and seeing it I guess I should have gone somewhere else. Arby’s do better. $7 for this? Stopped here while passing through. Drive through staff was very patient and polite. We were given the wrong drinks and they were quick to correct it. No other issues, would come back if in the area! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was a very above average visit to an Arby's. Don't go often, but gave it a try. My only complaint was to feed 2 people gonna cost you $30+. And didn't order anything special. They turn the outside lights off up to two hours early to pretend that they ate closed. You will see them not doing a damn thing when u pull in but when u pull around to the window after they make u sit there and not serve u they will go hide so you dont see them whe U pull around bunch of lazy tweakers. Id like to see the whole staff replaced Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had asked for fresh curly fries and the fries I got were these. They were also cold. When I called to speak to the manager she didn’t really even seem to care when I called to complain. She said she personally packed them. And they were probably just broken off pieces. We also ordered some of their wings even paid extra for the 9 piece and got 7 pieces. I’ve worked in the fast food industry before and they use to always tell us on our weekly meetings to serve the food we would want to eat. I expected something different from the manager but like I said she didn’t even really care when I told her.
