The food was undercooked and cold. It took them nearly 30 minutes to make my food and all I ordered was a meal, there was one car in drive thru and I was the only one in lobby. This is ridiculous, the staff was rude and unruly. One of them smelled like pot and the manager lady kept yelling at the employees in front of me. I’m no expert but that sort of thing needs to be handled in private and not in front of customers. Sad this is the closest location to me because I will never be coming back here!! Manager is super sketchy she tried to make it seem like i was under qualified to work at Arby’s like cmon now be for real, no one is under qualified to work at a fast food place. + the employees all stopped what they were doing and stood around when a black kid walked in for an interview like he was about to rob the place and looked at him like he was suspicious. 😂😂😂😂 the service was cool but they gave me a small drink when I ordered a large. We ordered lunch after my therapy today 11/13/2023 through the drive-thru. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a large crinkle fry and a cherry turnover. There was 1 car in front of us so they obviously weren't that busy. It took them forever to take the order, and read it back to confirm it. We pull around to the window and wait forever again. We thought it was to hear the turnover or cook fresh fries. We finally get our food and I quickly check the bag. The sandwiches and fries were there. We drove home which is on the other side of railroad tracks by Saginaw High School we opened everything and then noticed the turnover was not there. I tried to call several times, but the phone was either off the hook or disconnected from the wall. It's to far to drive back. This needs to be corrected on a district managerial level. I will go somewhere else. Tired of this happening!!FIX IT!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
