A quick stop at the Dubois, PA Arby's was a breath of fresh air today thanks to Kristen, who turned out to be the general manager, something I didn't know until I walked out the door. Kristen's patience and customer service regarding a gift card issue was so appreciated. Why write a review on something so simple? Because in this day and age, you want those people who make a difference in your day to know it and those who are reading this. Good hire, Arby's! Thanks, Kristen. I’m a truck driver so it’s hard to pick a location! This Arby’s is the worst. Ordered a corn beef, Ruben it didn’t even have the sauerkraut on it. They messed up 3 other people’s orders.
