I brought in a "Make it right" Card that I received from an Arby's during a previous visit for a replacement. However, after placing my order, the manager informed me that they would not accept the card and directed me to return to the original store where I received it, even though these cards are supposed to be universal across Arby's locations. Additionally, the card was expired, but I was informed that the expiration date didn't matter since it wasn't enforced and that was when I had first received it. (Meaning I was given an expired card, not that I let it expire.) Honestly, the manager was a bit rude, and I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively. Furthermore, my food had already been prepared and had to be thrown away because they refused to accept my card. What a waste of food and a missed opportunity to make things right. Went to get food here tonight and the kid on the speaker thought it would be funny to fake a southern accent, like the worse and most disrespectful ive ever heard.
