If you’re in Brunswick, do yourself a favor and find another food establishment. We pulled in and there was one truck in the parking lot and no one in drive thru at 7:00pm. We stood at the register watching them make food and take 0 orders. This went on for 10 minutes. They clearly had online orders coming in because they were preparing food, but would not even greet the 5 of us or tell us they were coming for one reason or another. We left and went to Five Guys. Why are we closing 2 to 3 hours before the posted business times. Quick way to go out of business. Because once people come to your establishment and your closed during business hours they may never come back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have never had an issue with the quality of my food until last night. Went to the drive thru about 11pm after work. Order a #9 and wanted curly fries instead of crinkle fries also a 6 piece mozzarella sticks but there was only 4 in the box. I normally check my food before I drive off but I didn’t that night because I was tired and ready to get home. I live literally 3 minutes away from Arby’s so tell me why my food was cold to the touch and everything was old. I tried calling and got no response and I still want my order done right. I actually kept the food because I’m taking it back to them. Arby’s is not cheap and I don’t have money to be wasting on unsatisfactory food.!! I should post pics but I really do enjoy eating Arby’s from time to time and I only want them to make it right because I spent &15.39 for a bad waste of food Food: 1 Service: 2

My order was the new $5 boneless wings with fries. So you know those wimpy chicken nuggets you find at the bottom of the bag? Well they were all like that. They were flat and while well drenched in sauce, still dry. My mozzarella sticks were like glue sticks, luke warm and chewy. The elementary school day nostalgia was real. Every time I show up, it's busy. But they push my order quickly, so that's good customer service is never rude, very helpful. The location is very clean compared to a lot of restaurants that are very dirty around there.
