It was later than we usually eat, but the server was attentive and very kind. Food was pretty great and came out within a decent amount of time. Wasn't very busy and that's always a plus for me! This is a good place with a great atmosphere. The service can be very slow, so don't come here in a hurry. They have some great servers. They have some signature drinks and drink specials that are awesome. Waitstaff should not complain to customers that they are understaffed, nor use that as an excuse. If it's that bad, the manager on duty should get off their a$$ and pitch in. Then again, maybe the manager was doing the cooking, since whoever did obviously didn't know how.

Very disappointed with Applebee's in Duncan, Oklahoma. I do not live in Duncan but have family in the area. We met here for lunch at 1130 on Sunday and was a horrible choice due to service. The young man serving us was new so not sure it was his error 100% or training for the many mistakes with our order. We had 5 in our group - 4 of the orders were completely wrong with only 1 correct. The time it took to correct the orders delayed a simple lunch with family leaving a bad taste of customer service in all our mouths. Errors made were requested onion rings instead of fries, garden salad with soup == garden salad not served until requested, soup was not served that was ordered with Cesar salad.
