The food was exactly what I expected from Applebees, ok quality, not bad but not great…the service was slow to even acknowledge we were there and we went at a slow hour of the day, they were not that busy…that being said, server Stevie B was great! She really helped this rating, by being extremely attentive to drinks, having a smile on her face, being polite, and very quick as she dealt with many tables at once. She definitely deserves a promotion or a raise. I went again and the waitress was rude, food took forever, we didn’t get what we wanted because the waitress got confused, and they ran out of lemonade when that’s what I ordered and it’s the only drink I like there so I got water for the rest of my meal and with no price reduction. The waitress has no manners, and the host forgot our silverware, when we asked for silverware our waiter forgot twice…I tried to be reasonable since they were busy, but at the end of the day bad service is bad service…I was going to get dessert but felt we had been there too long already so they lost money due to the bad service (also other people who got in after us got the same food as us and got their food first, so I’m not even being a Karen about this, and when they’re busy I expect a wait, but my issue is how rude and forgetful the waitress was) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

So tonight I had dinner here. It was my mom's bday. It was busy and we understood that. We had five people in our party. After 1 hour and 30 minutes they brought two of our 5 meals. The other 3 meals were MIA. Before we could even let our server know she knew what had happened. She got the manager involved. They did everything in their power to make up for what had happened and then some. The manager did an extremely amazing job tonight and despite the busy atmosphere he made everything right. I am so pleased with the team working there. Awesome job!!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is really good, I love getting food from there. The issue is the Carside pickup. What is the point of Carside when they won’t even come out or they will take a half an hour or more?! This has happened to us too many times and we’re done doing it. It’s not okay, our food is cold. They are just lazy, they need to do their job and care about their customers.
