The recipe for success of this bar is its nicely cooked medium steaks, fried prawns and chicken tenders. Many people say that waiters serve good brownies here. Delicious bourbon or good beer are the best drinks of Applebee's. The cosy atmosphere of this place makes guests feel relaxed and have a nice time. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Extra thanks to Joyce, ( Joyce in drive thru) and our servers ( and the new server) it was the wife's birthday and her sisters birthday. Born 3 yrs apart. So we try to celebrate at the same time. Oh yes can't forget the manager on duty. Had a great time, dinner was great also 02/23/24 sorry can't remember everyone's name. Perry was the most AMAZING SERVER!! I came in with a last minute party and he was so accommodating to allergies and the big group! He made us laugh and was very quick about everything!! GIVE PERRY A RAISE!!!

We never go to Applebee’s. It’s just not a place I think to go but I was about to go grocery shopping right there at Meijers so I decided to spend a few bux on early dinner rather than a $100 extra on munchies at the store;) so there we were! I had the salmon. I’m trying to also eat healthier thru those munchies and it was really good when you actually want to be smothering yourself in Mac and Cheese mkay? Had some garlic green beans and a side salad as well. My ole boy had some sort of steak with same sides. He really liked his as well. Food just isn’t as good until you have good service. We had Vanessa who was really just cool to talk to, she’s really fun. Spent roughly 70$ on dinner and it was completely horrible, wings were so dry it was as if they'd sat out forever. We ordered the easiest to make steaks and they were still wrong, well done and unfortunately I had to cook them myself because they were nowhere near it. However it was pretty late so I was willing to just give them the benefit of doubt and called uo there only to be put on hold and then nobody ever take my call!! Lol Here's my well done steaks!! UPDATE * After having staff/management reqchout to me ( I believe her name was Shaina) she completely went above and beyond to make sure that my order was taking care of and to me that in its own deserves a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Bartender Emily is awesome. Well trained and very well mannered. Manager Maria was very nice, spoke to me when my steak was just a little undercooked. Got med rare not medium. Not a big deal lol. Plates, silver ware, tables, and glasses were clean this time. Maria did verify they have a new dishwasher crew member lol. 12.99 for 8 oz (medium to high quality steak) is a good deal. It was very tasty , same with the mash pot and broccoli. Came up extremely fast even when a bit busy. Crew seems to work well together. The server Ramona was really awesome! She was very professional and had great and cheerful personality. Made my dinning experience great. I hope to have her as my server anytime I dine at Applebee's. I had an exceptional dining experience at Applebee's, largely thanks to Lexi, our server. She provided outstanding service with a warm and friendly attitude. They upcharged me like 4 bucks for soup. It was half filled and crammed in with my food. This place does not care about their customers at all. They care about microwaving food, charging people insane amounts, and sending out garbage for a product. In hand sight, 7 11 across the street would have been a better option for my family.
