The place was packed, but the service was still fast and the staff was so friendly and on top of it! Sat at the bar and the manager Lisa jumped in to help out the bartender, she was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Drinks were great, ordered some appetizers as well and they were there quickly and were delicious as usual. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was excellent- whoever was in the kitchen knew what they were doing. Tender chicken, tender shrimp and excellent mash potatoes. I had traveled all day from Denver and decided to stay the night in Wichita and I’m glad I chose the chain and the gamble paid off. Keep it up Applebees. Went there 6 to 8 years ago and had the worst service ever. So went there again with wife and Mother not long ago. The waitress was new and tried her best to get us what we wanted. The bartender didn't know how to mix anything, the food was not good and took too long to get the food. This place needs to get new management and better employees. Pretty bad when a place can't improve over many years. They have seen us 2 time but won't ever again in Wichita Falls, Texas. Maybe somewhere else but not here. First time ever to an Applebee's. At first we weren't to sure about the atmosphere but it kinda made sense at the end. Definitely felt friendly. Thank ya'll for the great food. Drove up from Abilene since this is the closest one to us that's not in a crowded city and it was worth it. Food was great, service was exquisite, fast and friendly. It was my brother in-law's Birthday and he had an old gift card we wanted to help him use and this too wad trouble free. All in all the place is extremely clean, the staff over the top friendly and the food excellent. Very easy to find off the freeway also. My first time at Applebee's and it was amazing. The food, the deals, the cocktails, service and experience was good all round. Our food was fresh hot and delicious. I had the amazing cocktail which was blue, large and yummy. The staff was friendly and attentive, our server was absolutely a star. I'd definitely recommend Applebee's. This Applebee’s is clean and has plenty of parking! My bartender was friendly and attentive, and it seemed like most of the staff cared and takes pride in their work. I came in after a long drive on the road and spent a few hours at the bar. My bartender was very attentive and made sure I never had an empty glass for very long. The food was very good and came out in a timely manner as well! The only downside is the “less fortunate” people outside who are screaming into the sky. Other than that, no complaints! This location is terrible. I did a curbside order and I checked in. 10 minutes later no one showed up. I called twice but no one picked up. I went inside to the pick up area where 2 workers were standing and talking. One was a waitress and one was a manager. The manager made eye contact with me then turned and walked away. Extremely rude. The waitress followed. I walked over to the bar and got assistance. The food was terrible. The cheese for the nachos had large clumps in it like it was old. It definitely looked old and the cup had been used before. The chips were soggy. The chicken for the tacos were 100% spoiled. I smelled it as soon as I opened the container. Disgusting. The pasta was very bland and chicken strips were only flavored on the top. Also, OLD. I will never return.

My friend and I ordered the 2 for $22 meal. She got the lime chicken with rice and I had chicken tenders and fries. My food was delicious! She said her rice wasn't the greatest, but liked the chicken. We had the mozzarella sticks for our appetizer and they were good! I had the blue $5 Halloween drink and it was really good!
