Each of the employees that I encountered had a little conversation with me, made me smile and overall made a bad day end with a good night Just because of their friendliness and conversations! I went out to lunch with my colleagues this afternoon and Kareem’s provided us with the best service! I haven’t received that type of customer service in a while and she maid me feel appreciated, so I appreciated her for giving me some hospitality with a smile. She even made sure all of our meals were correct and when they weren’t she was fast with fixing the problem (with a smile)! Thank you so much Kareema and also thank you so much to the host (Colleen) that welcomed us with open arms. My young son was having a bad week at school so I decided to take him out to Applebee's for the 2 for $25 deal. When we read the menu, there were limited items for $25 but more options for $26, $27, etc. We chose one from the $25 menu and one from the $26 menu. Both of our meals were brought to use in a very short amount of time. The waitress was phenomenal. The atmosphere was family friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and my son's week became much better. Thank you.
