ERNESTO WAS THE BOMB. I can still see that smile man! He definitely upped the experience for me. The boneless wings are what I always get and I’d have to say they’re getting worse sadly. Batter not fully cooked on the inside but I still like the sauce. Fries were great tho! Ernesto you have a good life man keep the energy! Service was good. The food was terrible. Ordered the All you can eat ribblets. Ordered them without sauce. They came out as grey tasteless pieces of meat. They are obviously cooked in a pressure cooker and way over cooked. The only flavor was from the sauce and that is why they smother the meat with it. Tried to replace them with the fried shrimp but was told they were out of them. At 6 pm on a Saturday night. And they were out!!! The boneless chicken wings were not any better. Just over cooked pieces of chicken. We will never go back. This place used to be a good place to eat but not any longer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! My husband and I stopped into Plant City Applebees tonight for a quick bite on the road! Our food was phenomenal!! Especially the cinnamon rolls we got for dessert! Our server Destiny K was very nice and attentive to our needs. The only complaint we had was that the food took a while to arrive even though we didn’t order an appetizer. Tables around ours received their food before us and we sat before them. We came in with a group of nine to enjoy some dinner and when the karaoke performer set up the noise was so loud that we couldn't even have a conversation at the table. We watched a couple over in the bar area, ask him to turn it down and he laughed at them and turned it up. They got up and walked out. We asked him to turn it down and he did it temporarily only to turn it back up again. I understand having a karaoke night but it should not disturb the rest of your business. And honestly whoever this guy is, he was not very polite. Update: Well we decided we would give them another try this week. Let me just say that Darla and Ernesto were rock stars! One of our party ordered a chicken sandwich that was delivered to the table raw. We brought it to their attention after she bit into it. Of course we got a new sandwich but we never heard from or saw the manager, Stacey. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the chicken sandwich and after taking a bite, realized the chicken was raw inside. This was not a case of it being slightly undercooked (which would have been bad enough). This was a major food safety issue. Where was management? No manager or kitchen staff ever came to the table after this was reported. The only reason I gave any stars is the servers / wait staff. Ernesto and Darla are both excellent employees. Yes, my food was remade but I had lost my appetite for chicken not to mention several of the others at my table were finished eating by the time my dinner was remade.
