Applebees had been a favorite for years. The food is consistently good, service is friendly, and prices have remained reasonable. Applebees has a very neat atmosphere, with pictures, and memorabilia from the local sports teams they support which speaks volumes to their community support! Applebees continues to be a favorite. Stopped by the local Applebee's location with the family after a long road trip this past weekend. I was really impressed with the service and overall experience. Our food came out quickly, was hot and we enjoyed our entrees especially the fresh stemmed vegetables (not over cooked nor soggy like other chains) The store is clean and well-kept and management along with the staff are very attentive to their customers. Have to say most likely the best store in the Lehigh / western Jersey area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After trying a couple of Applebee's in Pennsylvania we decided to try the one in Phillipsburg, NJ, just across the bridge from PA. It was a little difficult to find but it was well worth it. It was a beautiful spring afternoon and we were seated by Bob, a Manager, on their beautiful patio. I had the Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl and my wife got the Oriental Salad; both were fabulous! Oh yeah, the Cabernet and Blue Moon were great too! We have been there numerous times since then and have always been extremely happy with the food and friendly and efficient service. Just placed a to-go order for lunch. It was ready in less than 10 minutes and was practically all cold when I got it. I would’ve rather waited an additional 10 minutes to have warm/cooked food. Every single time I go here the food is gross. Better off just saving your $40-50 and cooking something at home. The gentleman who brought our food to us was very Professional, Courteous, helpful, smiling, great customer service. I couldn't remember 😅 the name. I know me and the family stopped by to pick up our order on Saturday night between 8 p.m. - and 9:30 p.m. I believe. The food was good only problem we had was that we ordered my daughter's burger well done. We were driving to Newark airport on 78 and decided to take a lunch stop, which we enjoyed. We have cheerful services, the optiona of 2 for 24, 29 and 32 look attractive. We picked a choice from different columns and, no worries, they just averaged the price. I liked my ribs and half rack with fries, my partner enjoyed his chicken. He also got us the veteran discount. For a chain store, I think it is above-standard. Nothing to pick on, and good value.

Went here for a business lunch and we were all pleased with the friendliness of our server, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of our food. Our meals were served quickly and accurately despite a few requested alterations. It's a standard experience for an Applebee's, so I can't go 5 stars, but I would eat here again. Consistently good food and a variety of options for all tastes. Decent beer menu to complement the appetizers or entrees. Good deserts to finish a meal. Great value for the variety of food items available. Never a disappointment and a treat to please a diverse crowd of tastes. Something for everyone at a good price.
