Came here for a quick bite to eat. Was disappointed when my simple appetizer came out from the kitchen with hardly any toppings. A super sweet server known as Curry (not even my server) & the sweet bartender V immediately noticed the order & got a replacement sent out to me. I was just going to pass on it & get food elsewhere, but thanks to them, I ended up having a good bite to eat. I’d def rate my food 3 stars, but hands down 5 star service for their kindness & customer service!! Thanks so much ladies!! :) Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The website showed me waffle fries on two burgers I ordered prior to paying... after payment I didn't look at the website receipt and the kitchen both got classic fries. We ordered 2 Coke zeros but got two Diet cokes... we have sensitivity to aspartame so that really wasn't cool. I arrived just before ready time and checked in and this is twice in a row that some poor waitress/waiter saw me sitting in the space and asked a name... well after check in. First time I called the restaurant after waiting patiently for 45 min. This time a waitress saw me in the puck up slot as she gave a door dasher theor order and asked my name. It was 10 minutes post time. She brought out the order, which except for the two cokes, wasn't wrong by human error, and the fries were cold already as I took a fry check/tax. She said the online had been glitching all day and was closing out orders when folks said they arrived. We went to Applebee's Valentines day specifically for the Blondie and Waffle fries... at least the Blondie was correct. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 4

Went for lunch. Server was lacking in customer service skills. Our drinks didn't get refilled until almost time to go, friends order was wrong and they took it to back, picked out grilled chicken and replaced with crispy chicken. Drinks ordered were wrong. Manager did take off items from Bill and make sure that things were corrected, however the staff there leaves something to be desired. One of the worst locations I've been to. Tish sure made it a known goal to get us out of there quick, brought our food out and set a box next to it and stated “if it’s cold you can air fry it”. Also made it known she wanted us gone by stating “my husband said he misses me” and “your food was cold because the heat lamps were off because it’s 10pm” when they close at 11pm. Some advice would be not having folks work who don’t want to be there during operating business hours and make your customers feel like they’re an inconvenience during your open hours. Virginia was an awesome server, excellent personality and was very friendly. Will come back and ask for her next time. The food and service was great and highly recommend this restaurant in bernalillo.
