UPDATE 2 : I received a call back and she was able to give me a partial refund. UPDATE 1 : Been over an hr so I called they are unable to deliver my food so I now have to cook something and on top of that I am unable to get a partial refund. But they will call me back to see what they can do. WOW - My order was for delivery and was over $100 for 2 adults and 4 children. Everything was fine except for my 8oz sirloin was supposed to be rare but was cooked close to done and I was also missing my side (I gave it to the kids to eat) I immediately called the lady was very sweet and kind and said she would have it corrected and redelivered that was @1916 and I am still waiting and have yet to eat *** UPDATE TO COME NOTE: I only live 8mins away and this is the first time I have ordered from here. I'm sorry but the service was cool and the atmosphere is okay but the food from the appetizers all the way to the ice cream is really pretty bad. We have the all you can eat riblets shrimp and boneless wings with fries, all are just horrible tasting except for the shrimp. My kids had the kids chicken alfredo with mozzarella sticks and the kids cheeseburger with mozzarella sticks, the best thing about it was the mozzarella sticks both entrees were flavorless. The only thing that really was decent tasting was the Sprite and the kids chicken tenders in the french fries obviously. At this point I think it's just time to close Applebee's and just let them be a memory because their food is just not any good. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Went for the all you can eat shrimp, boneless wings, and riblets. It took forever to get our food and reorders. I also want a drink special, but they were out of the premium spirit. Instead of offering to make it with the well spirit and giving it to me for the special price, I had to go round and round with the waitress until we finally got to that point. Applebee's needs to step up their game. There are too many other places to go eat. I don’t have any pictures of my food because I ATE IT ALL. It was delicious. My wife had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with garlic potatoes. I had the Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken on top. Mine also came with a perfectly crisp breadstick that I enjoyed dipping in my sauce. We basically just shared all the food because we enjoyed everything so much. The prices are super reasonable. We did the special of 2 for 35 with salads. The portions were good. Our server was Kassandra and we thought she did a great job. She was prompt and on top of things. Great service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yukon, OK. Had to ask the waitress 3 times for simple things. Didn't seen to care about what we wanted, just that she got thru with her shift. Placed us at a table barely able to hold our party of six. Food was adequate but less than we'd had at other Applebee's or Chilis. Ordered to go. Scheduled for 530 pickup. Wasn't ready until 550 and then I had to wait longer for an item they didn't even have in the bag. Food was mediocre. Which I knew it would be from.
