When we arrived there was a sign that said, "Please wait to be seated". So we waited and waited and waited and then my husband asked the bartender if we should just sit anywhere and she very snottily and rudely said, "I will be right there.is a minute." She proceeded to pass by empty table after empty table (it was 9:30 at night) and she sat us the very last table by a back door and in front of the bathrooms! It was freezing and it stunk! I figured they only had one server and this was her section so we didn't complain or asked to be moved. Then several other people came in and they were seated at much nicer tables. I believe she sat us there cause we asked if we could sit anywhere. I tried to talk to her when we on our way to the table and she did not respond to any question I had. She totally ignored me. Then I noticed her boy friend was sitting at the bar. I know it was her boy friend cause she was sitting in his lap and hanging all-over him. I love fish and chips but the tarter sauce is very important to make it a good meal for me. The tarter sauce at Applebees is absolutely terrible! At least I think so. If they had good tarter sauce I would be there at least twice a week!

Great atmosphere. The other low rated reviews can scare someone, but I wouldn't be scared at all. It's an American dream to have dinner here, honestly. The service wasn't as slow as other reviews stated, nor was any of our food cold. The bathrooms were overall clean, a little stinky, though. The place is a little messy, but it adds to Applebee's experience. While you eat, you're accompanied by a framed photo of Reba and a framed photo of John Trevolta. 10/10 experience, I recommend bringing the family! Let’s start with the waitress, she wouldn’t seat this black couple but yet seated a white couple after telling the black couple she wouldn’t seat them. We still decided to stay. Turned around and had appetizers, while eating and watching the game on tv. We noticed a couple roaches crawling in and out the tv. We’ve got pics for proof. Just can’t post them here. Skip it. We got burgers to go. One did not have lettuce, tomato and onion. We did not ask for anything special. The other burger had these items, so they are supposed to include them. They also forgot dressing for our salads. They seem not to care, so head elsewhere. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1
