I will never ever come back to this Applebees, I sat at the bar for 20 minutes as 3 waiters walked by me the manager of the store walked past me a dozen times. Once they started to serve me I asked for a Long Island Ice Tea neither the bar tender or the manager knew how to make the drink as the manager proceeded to look inside a book on how to make the drink when I received my drink it was literally like drinking water….I order a sirloin steak medium well needless to say the steak was beyond well done!!!! I will never eat at this Applebee’s again. I figured after two bad experiences (we went there once the last two years while on vacation)I figured I’d give them a third chance but 3 strikes and you are out!! We were there last week. The service was horrible and the food was not worth the money we paid. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with bacon but wanted the bacon on the side. The waitress said it didn’t come with bacon. I said “it’s on the menu. Please ask the cook”. She came back to tell us it doesn’t come with bacon to order it as a side. The food was cold. I asked for a large spoon to put the meat and vegetables into a fajita she said they didn’t have any. So I asked for at least a soup spoon. She brought me a plastic soup spoon. Then I asked for two small containers to take home half of my meal and my sister’s, she said she only had one. She said they had some in the back. She was too lazy to go get another container. She wasn’t happy when I asked her to go in the back and get another one. I do not recommend this restaurant!! Waiting for 20 minutes for your waitress to appear and take the order while three other waitresses passed by and even a Manager is unacceptable. It seems she was in her break. Now, once she appeared, very nice, fast delivery of the appetizers, very friendly she is. She made a difference and without s doubt eased my original discomfort for the waiting. The food was great. But the waiter apparently was having a bad day and you could sense it. Maybe the service will match the taste of the food at another location. The manager admitted that they tell serves they aren't accepting giftcards bc the service was down. He then admitted there was a way to accept giftcards, but since servers don't tell managers when someone brings in a giftcard he didn't come out. Burger was raw Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I come to the west (Yearly) I stop at Appplebees because although is not local, it is one of my favorite spots. This year was different. I want to clarify that the service from the waitress was superb, but the food was under average. Ribs were burned. Salad was watery. Onion soup was just bad.. taste and texture. Chicken Wings needed more time cooking. Overall, was a bad tasting experience. I don’t know what happened. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $60–70

If there was more stars I would do more, perfect customer service and food was amazing. I ordered the steak 🥩 and it was just how i wanted. Definitely recommend and my waiter was “Erik” he deserves a raise!!!!
