We were seated in a busy area with a ton of kids that were not being watched by their parents. The server was nice, but we sat for at least 10 to 15 minutes before she took our drink orders and meal order at the same time. We did not get any refills and had to flag our server down to get our check and pay. I would probably find a different location or restaurant if we were in the area again. I recently visited Applebee's Eden Prairie location and wanted to share my experience. It took around 5-10 minutes for a server to greet us at our table. After that, we placed our order and received our food without any issues. However, I did not receive the breadstick that was supposed to come with my meal as the server mentioned that it was being cooked and would take a while. By the time I got it, I was already done eating and didn't want it anymore. We ordered some BBQ boneless wings to go. They were supposed to come with honey BBQ sauce, but there was no sauce on them when we got home. This was quite disappointing. Our server only checked on us once during our entire visit, which was also disappointing. Additionally, when we were paying, we had to find our server who was not on the floor, and had to wait for her to come back. When she finally returned, she was busy talking to another girl about some drama, which took even longer and was quite unprofessional. Overall, I still like Applebee's, but I think the management needs to address these issues with their employees. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2

If I could’ve gave no stars I would .Ordered the 2 for $32 the bacon came out burnt on the 3 cheese chicken pasta! After waiting for so long with rarely anyone in the restaurant. Lady with the long black hair was rude and a disservice to Applebees she didn’t care! Never going back!! Not the place for me!! Tip just what she was worth! Had it been up to me it would have been $0. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food was so bad. We got ribs and the steak. The ribs were so dry, only half was edible. The steak was half fat, again, only half was edible. The 2 most expensive items are probably the worst on the menu. Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Jen is awesome! My partner and I stopped for a bite to eat after going to the renaissance festival and there was a table of young teens being rude in the booth behind us. They kept making inappropriate comments and gestures, and after they left Jen came around and apologized for them, offering to give us a dessert on the house for how the kids were acting. That aside she was very attentive and friendly to us and all the tables she was tending to, making it a great night. 10/10! I hate leaving bad reviews unless i have too and this unfortunately was a experience where i had too. Having dinner here tonight we had the server Edgar, everything was smooth placing our order until the main food arrived. I had ordered the chicken strip platter with a side of the mac and cheese like i always order which is a small portion of there 4 cheese mac with bacon. However when I received my food i was given what appeared to be easy mac or kraft mac and cheese when i asked Edgar if they had changed the mac and cheese he replied thats the only mac and cheese they ever had then proceeded to take the table next to ours order when he finished i said this is definitively not the same mac and cheese to which he very adamantly said it was so i said I would like to speak to a manager at which point he then miraculously remembered the other mac and cheese he then walked into the kitchen saying something that was in audible as if he was swearing or saying something about me on his way into the kitchen. Look I understand everyone has bad days but this made the rest of the dinner very uncomfortable a manager never came around to ask how the meal was or if we needed anything ive had plenty bad experiences here but mostly always good. Probably not my last time here as its the most convenient location but I definitely dont think ill be back anytime soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered to go for lunch at work and this was what I received! Look at this perfection and thing if a beauty!! I am so amazed I am leaving this review!! And not only does it look awesome but it tastes amazing too! All the flavors just pop! Well done Eden Prairie location!!

I have eaten at a few Applebee's... This visit was the worst I have experienced. We had a large party so I called ahead and asked about a time. I was told the time I was interested in was traditionally busy and asked to come an hour later. That seemed fine to me and I appreciated the suggestion. The lack of a host when I arrived was my first clue there would be an issue. We were set within a few minutes by the woman I later learned was a manager. That would be my only interaction with her. Drink orders were taken right away but drinks arrived 40 minutes after we set down. Our waitress Lynn, was the ONLY bright spot. There were children in our party so she brought their meals first. Their food arrived about an hour 30 after we set down. My son's Mac and cheese was dry as a bone. My food arrived about an hour and 40 minutes after we set down. Lynn ended up comping a bunch of our parties order. No manager. One guy never actually got his food. We tipped her well as it appeared she never stopped moving. This place has a real management issue. I would avoid.
