Racism is Alive and well when Claire or Clare is present... I understand every person is capable of having a bad day and deserves grace. When you realize its not a bad day and this person just doesn't take to "your kind" (Latinos) yet the minute an elder Caucasian woman, her daughter and grand walk through the door and are seated behind us her attitude was like night and day from what we received. Super short with our table and a stale faced while doing so , bubbly and rather friendly with the table behind us. Only reason I return is for the OG badAss servers. The young lady working the bouffant type hair is extremely gracious and welcoming along with the other Wonderful young lady that works there with the long dark pony tale always on 💯 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

new years Eve 2023. the service was excellent, even for take out. Noel (hope I'm spelling that correctly) was great, and I'll ask for her by name in the future. while the meal was trademark Applebee's, the dining room wasn't full, yet there were several large groups. Busy and thriving, but the service was good. Unfortunately, the 6 oz sirloin didn't even resemble a steak of any kind. It was so tuff, it could not be cut or sawed through with a knife. Three of us ordered it, and the other 2 were fine. Mentioned to our server, and the response was, "we have been having trouble with our steaks." I got the 8 ounce steak with mash potatoes and broccoli. The garden salad was excellent but the steak was tough. The mash potatoes tasted like they came out of a box unfortunately. But the broccoli was very tasty. We got dessert to go. The place was full on a Friday night and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Delicious food, prepared perfectly. It's unfortunate that they seem to have a staff shortage: the Maitre D', table cleaner and waitress were all the same person, and the food was brought to us by (I think) the manager of the restaurant.
