New update: they reprocessed the card(the following day) without the tip.... after the owner said they refunded me.... Update: got our refund... manager never called back but money is nice. Ordered Lunch specials online from their website. Nowhere does it list that Crab rangoons are part of it. Apparently its sent as an appetizer for the lunch special. Fast forward to our food being delivered with shellfish inside the bag with the rest of the food. so wel call to call to say our food is contaminated. Due to allergies we can't eat any of it. its been an hour and so far they came to take the food back but haven't heard from the manager... The Woman i spoke to on the phone to place my order and The woman who delivered my food were absolutely great! They were so nice and everything came as it should! I have been ordering from Apple Asian Fusion for years! By far the best food around and until tonight, I never had issues. You would think after being a customer for so long and never having an issue, a problem would be dealt with swiftly. This was not my experience. Simply, 2 forgotten egg rolls and the restaurant lied to us and did not resolve the issue without me making 3 calls. Yes, people suck and lie, but I never had an issue before, why would you not believe me? I called 10-15 minutes after our food was delivered to let you know I hadn't received 2 egg rolls. I didn't care, but my s.o. did. I was told by a female manager that they were on their way. Nope. 2 hours passed and I call to find out nothing was coming because the woman I spoke to decided they were in the bag and I was lying. I do not understand why a restaurant would think we would lie over 2 egg rolls. It took hours to get them to the house. I honestly did not care until I was called a liar. I love the food. I love our delivery driver. Hands down the best Chinese food. The quality and freshness of the ingredients combined with the attention to detail in each of the recipes makes this my absolute favorite restaurant. Thank you so much, Apple Asian Fusion, for having the best food! Please do not change a thing! I highly recommend the crispy orange beef, general taos shrimp, fried dumplings, scallion pancakes and the fried rice are all to die for. Every dish is simply amazing. I frequent this place quite often. I love the small town vibe of the entire place and staff. The food is decent and is usually consistent. A good place to go try in my opinion. The steamed dumplings were amazing! Highly recommend trying them, they have a nice soft/chewy wrap and are filled to the max. The dumpling sauce complimented them very well. The General Tso's was so much better than most other places around. The chicken was tender and flavorful. Not an overly sweet sauce. And the white rice was so good. The Singapore Mei Fun is also really solid. Actually spicy, lots of ingredients, very tasty. The noodles were excellent. Definitely a possible 5 stars from this place after I try a few more items! Large portion sizes, delicious food. Steamed dumplings were amazing! (among everything else we ordered). Ordered online for delivery & it was here within 35 minutes (not bad when the site said up to an hour). I would definitely recommend this place.

I used to deliver for them so I have a personal relationship with the small family there. Food is great and it’s only them there. When you call it’s a phone service for them and not actually them, that’s where that confusion goes but if you go in, they are easy to talk to and very friendly. Before delivering for them I was and still am a faithful customer.. the delivery drivers are hard to come by, I’ve saw. The young lady there with her husband both will try and make deliveries while having a driver. They do the very best they can.
