The Cheesesteaks, Wings & Fish are cooked to order. Make sure you are prepared to wait. They are authentic Philly's. If you don't want to go to Philly like we did and your in the area, this is a good option. Nice Size. We ordered 3, 1 was skimpy on the meat. I also had the fried flounder. It was seasoned well and nice and crispy. I don't care for the fries. They are thick with no season. Definitely have to use ketchup. Mac-N-Cheese needed some salt and pepper, it's nice and cheesy tho. My mom ordered whole Wings and said they could use more flavor. The shaved ice was the best thing. We had strawberry lemonade. Best Cheesesteak in South Georgia! We ordered multiple items off of the menu. Chicken Cheesesteak, beef cheesesteak, shrimp, wings, onion rings, fries 🍟 , mac and cheese and cupcakes.🧁Everything was well seasoned and hearty. I was not a fan of the chicken wings. Personally thought they were overcooked but my daughter and grandson liked them. Yes you can enter through the back door! We almost missed this hidden Newnan gem due to backdoor not being clearly marked as an entrance. There's plenty of parking in the rear of the building (come in off greenvile and spring rd). Bring your patience with you, this isn't fast food...the food is made to order. We will definitely be back. (We want to try the mushroom cheesesteak and the fish cheesesteak) *2nd visit* we tried the catfish and wings (again). The wings were much better this time around. We've been wanting to try this place out for some time now. Being a transplant from Delaware, we've been craving a decent cheesesteak. The place is pretty cool. Off the beaten path, I can only imagine how cool this place will look in a few years. I like how it's set up. Reminds me of a local pizza joint. The owner took our order after a minute wait. Said the order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. Waited not even 10 minutes. Food was perfectly cooked. Nice and hot. I came here for philly steaks. After being in Georgia for 6 years I have yet to come across a good steak....until now. The steak I got (cheese and onions) was nothing short of amazing. Perfect amount of onions. Not overly soggy. Perfect amount of cheese and mayo. The Amoroso roll needs no explanation. If God made a better cheesesteak, he must've kept it for himself because this place is nothing short of amazing. Don't get me started on the fries. Reminded me of back home going down to the corner deli and getting an order of fresh hand cut fries..absolutely amazing. One word comes to mind to generalize the dinner we just ate...PERFECTION. Do NOT skip by this place. I kept seeing great reviews so, a friend and I went to grab it and go to the park with our kids. I paid $30 for a cheese steak, fries, tea and Italian ice. The ice and fries were the best things OH and the tea. I was really disappointed as we had to wait an hour for a sandwich and fries and it was in-between lunch and dinner. My experience with Apollo’s was I walked in with family and friends. Was greeted with “it’s going to be 30 minutes or longer. We said that’s fine. My wife ordered then the waitress asked if that was all. I so no the rest of us would like to order. She proceeded to give us a total for my wife’s meal. I reminded her we would all like to order please. At that point I decided we need to leave. I’ve heard the food is amazing. I don’t doubt it, but please try to pick up the pace and wow the customers not just on food but service as well. Best wishes. I’ll try again soon and update my review based on my next visit. Had a fantastic experience today at Apollo’s. Go see my girl Mel she is the best treated me and my wife like family had great time laughs and conversations! Best chz Stks in GA hands down! My parents and I ate at Apollos on September 2, 2023 we went to their newest location near downtown Newnan, I was told by a few friends that Apollos had good food so I decided to check it out when my parents came to visit me. The cashier was nice and knowledgeable about their food items and menu my mom, dad and I ordered fish. I ordered fries and my parents ordered onion rings as a side with their fish. Now the fish I had looked good but it was bland to me my parents liked their fish but the onion rings my parents ordered were burnt and cooked in old grease. We initially told the cashier we were going to order to go but we ended up staying and just eating inside since we were waiting for a while. I guess she didn’t think we were going to stay and dine in but I’m sure she saw the inside of those plates before she bagged them. I also ordered the Philly cheesesteak they are famous for and tried it as well, it was good and costs around $12 or $13 for just the Philly cheesesteak; now if I want a Philly cheesesteak I know where to go but I will be buying fried fish some where else because this place is not it ! I will upload pictures so you can be the judge on how the food looks.

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich with fries. The fries are made fresh and we're very enjoyable, as was the sandwich!! Everything was cooked and seasoned deliciously. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is parking kind of to the side of the restraunt or you can park on east broad st. And walk down the side of the building to the entrance. They have TV if you'd like to watch it too! For drinks they offer soda in a can. I recommend giving Apollo's a try! We tried Apollos on a Tuesday afternoon. The cheesesteak was better than Geno’s in Philadelphia without the having to put up with the attitudes & lines. The place is a hidden gym that you can’t see from Broad street. Loved the cheesesteak. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
