Today is the first time that the person working at the drive-through was very pleasant and welcoming. So for today I’m giving it a five star. Grateful that they have improved their customer service. Usually the person doesn’t sound like they want to be there and they aren’t super friendly. Grateful for the change!

The food is always great. But the workers are rude and impatient and always have a frustrated tone of voice no matter how nice you are or how simple your order is. Every single time me and my family come here they over charge for an item or miss an item in your order. They are also very mean until they are asking for reviews at the drive through. Service was pretty good. The quality of food is going down. Got a bacon cheeseburger they're not know where near as thick as they used to be. And girlfriend got a patty melt and it wasn't on the right bread It was on wheat bread when it should be marble rye bread. And the tables was pretty sticky and should be disinfected properly. I got a Patty melt and it wasn't a Patty melt. It was more of a piece of meat with wheat bread and raw onions. Fried mushrooms were delicious. The cleanest needs to be a lot better. Tables should be disinfected better. And when you go to sit down , you should have a clean table at all times! Especially when you're slow and There's not a lot of people eating somebody should come and disinfect And keep the place clean where the ketchup or the fry sauce is should be cleaned better & Disinfected at all timesas well!
