Definitely a MUST stop and visit! Huge menu selection, amazing margs! Austin was awesome and did a great job for us for Saturday lunch! Great open and modern atmosphere. We’ve been here 3-4 times now and it’s great! Good value, quick service. I love the chips and smoky salsa. I get the gringo burrito bowl. Have started getting it without lettuce because I always take home leftovers and the lettuce does not reheat well. The guac is amazing! (Get it on the side). Got the coconut pineapple margarita and honestly prefer the signature or the mango-habanero. Only downside was being seated by the door last time and we were freezing. I'm not particularly a fan of Mexican food. That being said, this place WoW me....for sure! We arrived around 430pm with no reservation and were sitting right away. Our waiter....was excellent (unfortunately, I don't remember his name). My husband had Tacos a la carta, I had burritos con maduros y carnitas, I can not stress enough how good was the food. For my son, we asked chicken and again wowwww.... all the flavors were well equilibrated, food well cooked and served smoking hot.....ahhh we waited for our food less than 10 minutes.... really!!!...maybe we were lucky maybe I rather think they are always on-point. The atmosphere was relaxing. The music was good as well as a nice mix . Decoration was also modern and relaxing. Dined in with a party of 6 at 2:45pm on 1/7/2024. The host guy did not say hello and didn’t not give a welcoming vibe with his serious demeanor. The lady that attended us when our party was here was noticeably friendlier and welcoming. A smile and a greeting goes a long way for the first impression of a restaurant, thanks to her for doing that. Other than that, the food was pretty good for technically being a chain. The only other complaint is that we eventually had 6+ fruit flies at our table. Not sure if that’s because of where we were seated by the kitchen entrance. EDIT: I need to lower this by a star. Reading a handful of reviews in the last 3 months about possible racism/discrimination towards Asians. This is not ok. Also at least one other review mentioning gnats (not sure what kind of flies they actually were) when seated near the kitchen. Food: 5 Service: 2

Today, my wife and I had a fantastic lunch at Ancho and Agave. First, we got chips and salsa. The chips were great. They were fresh and crispy and very tasty. The salsa was very unusual and not what you would normally expect. It was some of the best salsa I've had in a long time. My wife had the Taco Salad. She enjoyed it, but there are so many better things on the menu. My wife has very simple taste. I got the Smoked Pork Belly Quesadilla. It's a very unusual take on a Quesadilla but it was very, very good. Served with Pico, Guac, and Sour Cream. You really should try this. I also had a Cadillac Margherita but asked for the Grand Marnier to be served as a side shot. That's how I do my Margheritas. It was a very good drink. We were too full for dessert.
